Coronary disease, State after the coronary, Inefficiency of blood circulation myocarditis, Arteriosclerosis of blood vessels, particularly heart and brain, Severe diseases of heart and blood circulation hypertension with changes in heart, kidneys, at the eye’s bottom and with values of diastolic pressure > 110 mm Hg > 200 mm Hg All forms of malignant hypertension, Sclerosis of blood vessels, Accute Rheumatic diseases, Severe infections, Diseases with temperature, Chronic syntectic diseases, i.e. tuberculosis, tumours, chronic kidney and liver diseases, heavy anaemia, Pregnancy, period, Severe skin and sexual organs diseases, Ulcerous disease of stomach and duodenum, Psychosises, epilepsy, Alcoholism, drug addiction, Brain diseases, Various eye diseases, Severe diseases of vegetative disorder, Diseases of veins: clots, thrombosis, embolism, Hormonal disorder: hyperactivity / hypofunction of thyroid gland, hypofunction of adrenal glands, Cancer (even up to 5 years after the effective treatment), Using alcohol or drugs before the treatment.

I. Definitions

Beauty Parlour

– Verde Massage & Beauty; ul. Bracka 6/4, 31-005 Kraków, location where treatments are performed as described in the Offer

The offer

– current menu of treatments offered by the Beauty Parlour, divided according to themes and including a pricelist.

Treatments

– activities performed in the Beauty Parlour in order to enhance beauty, physical and mental condition and health.

Client

– every person over 18 years of age, or every adolescent accompanied by an adult, present in the Beauty Parlour, excluding staff.

Staff

– every employee or casual employee bound with the Beauty Parlour with any form of contract present on the premisses.

Owner

– a decision maker; in possession of necessary permits to run the Beauty Parlour; responsible for correct functioning of the Beauty Parlour and correct presentation of the Offer; ensuring a safe working environment in accordance with health & safety rules, as well as being responsible for clients’ health and safety on the premises.

II. The Beauty Parlour

  • All the treatments are performed within the Beauty Parlour premises. In exceptional circumstances services may be performed outside of the premises.
  • The Beauty Parlour performs the Treatments according to the Offer and sells cosmetics. Cosmetics are available for purchase on the premises or by order (pricelist of the products is available at the Beauty Parlour’s reception desk).
  • The opening hours are listed on the website www.spaverde.pl. The Beauty Parlour accepts online & telephone bookings. It is possible to arrange Treatments outside of the opening hours, in which case prices are discussed on individual basis.
  • Current Offer and pricelist are available at the Beauty Parlour’s reception desk. The Client will be notified of any changes to the Offer or pricelist prior to the Treatment. The time of the Treatments as described in the Offer may vary up to 10 minutes.
  • Following an agreement with the Owner external companies may use the Beauty Parlour to organize events. During the external events the Beauty Parlour’s Rules and Regulations do not apply.

III. Health & Safety

  • The Beauty Parlour does not accept Clients under influence of alcohol and other intoxicating substances, or drugs affecting consciousness and decision-making.
  • Staff is obliged to inform the Client about any contraindications to perform the treatment which may affect safety of Staff or the Client.
  • Client is obliged to inform the Staff each time the Treatment is to be performed about any contraindications to perform the Treatments. Especially if the Client is under the influence of alcohol, or any other substances affecting consciousness and decision-making.
  • The Beauty Parlour is not responsible for any health issues resulting from the Client not informing the Staff about contraindications to perform the treatment.
  • It is Client's responsibility to behave within the accepted rules of social decorum and health & safety rules. If the Client does not behave in accordance to afore mentioned rules the Staff may ask him/her to leave the Premises or call the security.
  • The Client is obliged to follow Staff instructions.
  • Staff has the right to ask the Client to leave the premises without offering an explanation.
  • The Staff is capable of performing the duties and has necessary qualifications to perform the Treatments. Proof of qualification can be viewed at the premises of the Beauty Parlour. Equipment and cosmetics used to perform the treatments have necessary quality certificates and are in good condition, which is checked on regular basis. If correctly used the equipment and the cosmetics do not pose health & safety risks.
  • It is forbidden to use any tobacco products, or intoxicating substances within the Beauty Parlour’s premises. It is also forbidden to bring any animals and harmful substances.

IV. The Treatments

  • The Client is obliged to keep the appointment time and may not be late more than 10 minutes. If the Client is late more than 10 minutes the Staff may refuse to perform the treatment or reschedule the treatment to another time slot. The treatment may be performed during the originally scheduled time slot - decreased by the time the Client was late - at the full treatment price.
  • The Beauty Parlour reserves the right to change the time of the Treatment by a maximum of 15 minutes. In case of a delay exceeding 15 minutes the Beauty Parlour my offer a discount upon Client’s request. The discount will not exceed 20% of the Treatment's value.
  • Taking photographs and recording videos within the premises of the Beauty Parlour is allowed only with explicit Staff permission.

V. Payments

  • The Beauty Parlour accepts the following: Benefit Discount Cards, Fit Profit Discount Cards, Cheque Dejeuner Vouchers, Sodexo Vouchers, Beautiful & Healthy Club Discount Cards. Full list of discounts and special offers is available at the Beauty Parlour's reception desk. The Beauty Parlour reserves the right to modify the list of special offers. The Beauty Parlour also offers limited special offers. Beauty Parlour's faceboook page (https://www.facebook.com/VerdeMassageBeauty) lists special offers available only to subscribers.
  • The Beauty Parlour is not obliged to advise the Clients about any special offers or discounts.
  • Following an agreement with the Owner, the Staff is entitled to offer the Client an individual, one-off discount for services or products within the Offer.
  • The Beauty Parlour offers prepayment options for the Treatments, for example: packages, sets of Treatments, season tickets, gift vouchers. Every purchase is confirmed with a written document stating validity date.
  • The Beauty Parlour is obliged to honour the prepaid Treatments within the validity date. The proof of purchase must be shown to the Staff prior to the Treatment. In case of gift vouchers providing the number is sufficient.
  • The Beauty Parlour reserves the right to not accept bookings for prepaid Treatments past the valid date.
  • All the prepaid Treatments performed by the Beauty Parlour must be pre-booked. The purchase proof number/ voucher number must be exposed while booking, otherwise the Customer may be asked to cover the cost of the booked treatment. If the treatment is not cancelled or altered with 24hour notice, the treatment is considered as if performed.
  • The prepaid Treatments cannot be combined with special offers.
  • In case of the prepaid treatment no longer being included in the Offer within the prepayment’s validity date the Beauty Parlour is obliged to offer an equivalent Treatment from the current Offer (similar to the original Treatment in price and effects). Should there be no similar Treatment’s available the Beauty Parlour will return the money to the Client.
  • The prepaid Treatments can only be refunded up to 24 hours after the purchase.
  • The Beauty Parlour reserves the right to refuse to honour a prepaid Treatment in case of no reservation being in place, or in case of booking attempt with less than 4 working days left to expiry date.
  • In case of appointments of total duration over 60 minutes the Parlour demands the deposit payment of 25% of the total order value. In case of the lack of cancellation of the appointment at least 24 hours before, the deposit is taken as compensation of the treatments that hasn't taken place.

- choose "deposit/ prepay/ voucher" option at the left bottom part of the page and click "Pay Now"
- on the left side of the form please enter the correct amount 
- on the right side choose one of the options: 
1. If you already have a PayPal account choose option one- log in to your account and file the form, 
2. If you don't have the account, then choose option two "Pay with debit or credit card" and follow the form instructions.

As you're ready with it please send an information you're done with it so we make sure all went fine, despite PayPal informs us about the transaction- we do our best to avoid mistakes. 

Deposit: is a standard payment accordig to our Rules& Policy that is required if booking is for the treatments over 60 minutes. This is one of the ways of confirming the booking. The return is possible only if we are informed about the cancellation/ rescheduling at least till 8pm the second day before the appointment. 

Voucher: after purchase, the electronic voucher is being e-mailed (if purchase before 6 pm- same day, if after 6 pm- the day after), or is being sent via post office if it was agreed. 

THE PURCHASE IS NOT EQUAL WITH THE BOOKING OR WITH AVAILABILITY ANY TIME WITHOUT BOOKING THE TREATMENT IN ADVANCE OR WITHOUT OUR AVAILABILITY CONFIRMATION. If the specific date or time is important for you- contact us for the confirmation before the purchase to make sure it is possible.
